Regular Classes Cancelled due to Erik Paulson Seminar

All Regular Classes will be cancelled for Saturday 26APR2014 due to the Erik Paulson Seminar from 11AM to 5PM. Please be advised and thanks for your patience, we hope you’ll take advantage to train with one of the most accomplished Instructors and Coaches in our community. Erik is not only a MMA and Grappling Expert, he’s also a Full Instructor in the Filipino Martial Arts and Jun Fan/JKD Concepts under Guro Dan Inosanto. See you on the mat!

Check out this video to get a sense of some of the basic drills that you will want to understand prior to a Erik Paulson Workshop. However, don’t think that this will be all what will be shown. Erik teaches seminars all over the world and is constantly developing and coming up with new things and new ways to deal with the basic and expert tactics of the greatest fighters of the times.

Here’s a sample of what the training looks like that you’ll be doing in the seminar. Although it’s an outdoor event, as ours will be indoors, you can get a sense of how high paced and info packed an Erik Paulson teaching session can be.
