Review of Day One
Day One of the New Intense Three Hour format was simply genius. What else would you expect from Master Sensei Erik Paulson.? The planned Three hour seminar at Trident Mma was extended to 3.75 hours to allow for students to get through 95 North traffic. And bonus rolling rounds at the end to allow for review and questions while Sensei was standing by giving tips and suggestions, and also taking pics with seminar participants.
